Arnold Bakker has developed several questionnaires for the assessment of job demands and resources, employee well-being, and proactive employee behaviors. These questionnaires can be used for free in scientific research. Those who want to use the questionnaires commercially, need to contact Dr. Bakker. All questionnaires are available in English, and many questionnaires are also available in other languages.
